At Bloodstock Auction, bidding takes place in the Virtual Sales Ring, with the final countdown from 6PM AEST every Tuesday. Any bid placed within the last 20 seconds resets the timer for an additional 20 seconds, creating a fair marketplace where every bidder has an opportunity to respond and significantly reducing "bid sniping". Once the hammer falls, successful buyers can pay by direct deposit or credit card.
The auction cycle spans five days, opening on Friday at 5PM AEST and closing the following Tuesday night.
